Today’s track meet at Brooke is cancelled due to the weather. Tickets purchased can be kept for future rescheduled meet.

TMS students attended the Regional Math Field Day yesterday with their coach Mrs. Lowther. The following students will move on to the State Field Day in April. 7th Grade - Alexie Zhao - 1st place and Rex Montayne - 2nd place 8th Grade - Nathan Tyska - 1st place and Estimation Room winner and Julia Dunaway - 2nd place

The Ohio County Board of Education will hold a public hearing on the proposed 2022-2023 school calendar at 5:45 p.m. on March 28 at the Board Office at 2203 National Road. The regular meeting of the Ohio County Board of Education will follow at 6 p.m. Both the public hearing and the regular meeting can be seen live on the Ohio County Schools Youtube channel OCS Video.

Wheeling Park hockey will be having try-outs on March 13th. This is for all teams (middle school and high school). Copies will also be available in our main office.

Interested in playing hockey? The Jr. Nailers travel hockey teams are looking for players, especially GIRLS for their U12 and U14 teams. Information sheets will be available in the main office!

Spirit Week activities for next week.

Triadelphia Middle sixth grade student, Amelia Copney created positive message signs for each girls restroom. Amelia wanted other girls to know they are important and worthy. We are so proud of the leader she is becoming at TMS.

Triadelphia Middle School December Characters of the Week. The month of December focused on Fairness.

Triadelphia’s robotics program officially began this month. Today, Ms. Bishop and a select few attended the Brooke Vex Competition to learn the system and get a few pointers from the WPHS team! We can’t wait to see our Raiders compete in future competitions.

Raiders CAN help by bringing in items next week. Help our student council give back to our community.

Only seven school days until winter break!

TMS Winter Music Concert will be held tonight at 6:30pm at the WPHS Performing Arts Center. We can’t wait to see our Raiders perform!

And speaking of band...... Nathan Tyska was honored Saturday on the field at the Super Six game for his WVSSAC Academic Achievement Award. Miss Coleman and Mr. Lilley were there to congratulate Nathan and his family!

William recently traveled with his family to London. We love seeing him in his TMS Raider gear while visiting the Tower Bridge.

Triadelphia Middle students honored their veterans with a breakfast thanking their family and community members for their service. Mrs. Leib’s 6th grade choir students performed two songs. Also, two 8th grade students (Luke & Wyatt) read essays essays they had written.

Triadelphia Middle hosted tonight’s OCS Board Of Education meeting in our new cafeteria. The board and community members were able to take a tour of our building and see the new construction areas. We are looking forward to hosting an open house in the near future.

The new loading dock and lift takes deliveries up to the new commercial kitchen. If you want to see that new kitchen, cafeteria, art room, strings room, band room, chorus room, piano lab , restrooms, science labs, and skylight - then join us at 5PM Monday for the in -person tour prior to the board meeting. Come in the main front door of TMS and join us in the cafeteria at 5:00 for the start of the tour. Elevator access is available.

Our 7th grade football team wrapped up the season with a PAC 8 championship. Their final game was against Sherrard at the Wheeling Island Stadium. We look forward to more great things as they continue with football next year at TMS.
